Free Introduction
After the initial contact, we’ll schedule a short 15–20 minute chat to get to know each other and your business. It’s the best way to align on your goals and make sure we’re the right fit before moving forward.
Questionnaire & Consult
After our chat, I’ll send you a short questionnaire to understand your needs and any existing assets. Then, through a short consult, I’ll help you define what should be built, what to prioritize, and what best fits your goals and budget. From there, I’ll prepare a clear proposal and quote.
Determining Scope
Once everything’s clear, I’ll prepare a simple contract outlining deliverables, timeline, and a 50% upfront retainer. You’ll know exactly what to expect from me — and what I’ll need from you.
Design & Build
After the contract is signed and the retainer received, I’ll begin the project. Most projects take between two weeks and three months, depending on scope. Below is an example of how that process comes to life in a real client project.
